Thomas PFIRSCH is currently Assistant Professor at the University of Valenciennes (France). His main research topics concern social and urban geography of southern European Cities, focusing on upper class mobility and urban practices. He’s also interested in the geography of family networks and demographic changes. His approach combines qualitative and quantitative methods.
